I believe that all human beings have an innate ability to self-heal.  When difficult situations arise, however, we often become stuck, overwhelmed and are unable to access our coping skills and strengths.  In addition, we sometimes simply do not have the needed information to understand what is happening to our feelings and to make the necessary changes in our reactions and behaviors.

When we feel good about ourselves and the world around us, we are able to keep a positive attitude, soothe our fears, face our problems with strength, be physically healthier,  cherish our values, enjoy our families, take charge of our lives, and appreciate life.
